These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute the agreement between you and ChenXi Tools (tools.gochina.help, "this site") regarding your use of the services offered here.

By accessing or using any feature of this site for the first time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using this site.

This site is a free collection of online tools covering PDF processing, image editing, video processing, peer-to-peer file transfer, and text & developer utilities.

Unless otherwise stated, all features are free, require no account, have no usage limits, and never watermark your output.

All tools run locally in your browser. The files and content you process are never uploaded to a server. Always keep your original files.

When using this site, you agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and specifically that you will:

• not use this site for any illegal purpose, and not process or distribute files or content that you have no right to use;
• not attempt to disrupt the normal operation of this site or its signaling service (signal.gochina.help), including but not limited to abusing connections or APIs or launching attacks;
• be solely responsible for the content you send via P2P File Transfer. This site does not participate in the transfer, does not store file content, and does not moderate it;
• not infringe the lawful rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

The name, interface design, code and copy of this site are owned by the site operator. Reproducing the overall design for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

The files you process with our tools remain entirely yours. This site claims no rights over them and never touches them (all processing is local).

This site is built with open-source components; their rights belong to their respective authors and are governed by their own licenses.

This site may display third-party ads such as Google AdSense to cover hosting and domain costs. Ads are served by third parties under their own policies and do not represent endorsement by this site.

Any transactions, disputes or losses between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser, and are governed by the advertiser's own terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or non-infringement.

Special note: although our tools are designed to be accurate, results (such as format conversion, cropping or compression) may vary due to browser differences, codec compatibility, or issues in the source file. Please verify important results and always keep backups of your original files.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular feature will remain permanently available.
